Q: I want to buy a 3bhk apartment in sector 50. Whats the current price in resale (as there is no fresh sale by company). Also which project is good to buy........Please guide......

Hi, I would suggest you to look for the flat in sector 119 or 144. Unnati fortune group provides really luxurious projects in these sectors with all the facilities and amenities.

As per my knowledge, sector 50 is one of the developed sector in Noida. There are two metro stations in close proximity namely the Golf Course and City Centre Metro Stations. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. You can get Ramagya School,Kothari International School,Windows Play School. Major hospitals in & around this sector are Apollo Hospital, Kailash Hospital, Vinayak Hospital.

According to me, average residential market price of this sector is gradually showing improvment. ROI of this sector is high. Due to presence of physical , economical major infrastructures , capital & rental appreciation of this sector is high.
If you will notice , in year 2009, the price was around 4750/sq-ft . This price is now around 9650/sq-ft in year 2015, Jan . So you can notice the constant hike in this rate.

As per my knowledge, Sector 50 Noida is a well developed fully occupied premium well connected safe and a peaceful locality highly suitable for working families with old parents and kids.
There are two metro stations in close proximity namely the Golf Course and City Centre Metro Stations. Availability of all basic facilities within the sector. Over all very good connectivity to Gurgaon, Faridabad and Delhi.

As per my knowledge, there is a fresh sale called Tiverton Ambience . But if you have decide to go for resale then i want to know how much you are planning to pay for it? Sector -50 is a very good locality & i think resale price will be around 6500/sq-ft to 7500/sq-ft.
