You do know that this project is made of only apartments, don’t you? You see, you can either get a 2 BHK or a 2BHK. But, don’t make the mistake of thinking that they’ll come for cheap. With the kind of facilities that they’re offering, the construction firm expects at least Rs. 3,800 per square feet. I don’t know if that amount’s negotiable, but you can try your luck. The location of this property has been well-chosen, and connectivity is excellent. The flats are spread out over a size of either 1572 sq ft or 1760 sq ft. So, going by that logic, a 3 BHK in Aspen Campus Court would cost you around 75 to 83 lakh rupees.

Let me be the first one to congratulate you on your decision to relocate to Kochi. It is definitely one of the places to live in Kerala, and if you’re a sea-loving person, you’ll love it even more. I know of Aspen Campus Court from a mutual friend who had taken the effort to go and obtain a brochure from the builders. He’s still searching for a flat, but I can tell you something of Aspnen Campus Court that I got to know from this person. A completely residential project, it’s designed with a number of convenient amenities in mind. For instance, the builders plan to provide the residents with a swimming pool, fully-equipped gymnasium, ATM, billiards room, and health club.

Hey there! Kochi is actually quite a great place to live. It’s the most densely populated city in the whole of Kochi, and belong to the district of Ernakulam. Ernakulam happens to be regarded as the financial capital of Kerala. So you won’t be wrong in thinking that Kochi is home to some of the best commercial establishments in Kerala. I got to know of Aspen Campus Court from my kids, who keep visiting the Aspen mall in Kakkanad. I live in close by Edappaly myself, so I can tell first-hand that this locality is quite a developed one in Kochi. The property values as an average are high compared to rest of Kochi, but not completely unreasonable.
