Q: What are the property prices and amenities offered in the new housing project, Kent Oakville, in Vazhakkala? My father-in-law is planning to invest in some property over there, and I need to help him with it.

They don't provide sewage treatment or rainwater harvesting. How did they get approval for project without these?? How will the residents manage water ?

Hi, I think project come under gram panchayat where the builder has no need to take approval for sewage treatment or rainwater harvesting.consult with the builder for necessary approval he will help you out in this regards...

My brother, who I live with, is a full-time real estate agent and, like it or not, I keep getting bombarded with real estate jargon and insider info. Kent Oakville has been planned an upper-class modern residential colony that consists of flats as well as villas. A typical 3 BHK apartment, which covers a space of 1815 square feet, would cost you around Rs. 73 lakhs as per the present real estate market value. So, that means every square feet of space would be around Rs. 4000, or maybe more, for an apartment in this society. A villa will definitely cost you more, and you can expect a 4 BHK to be prices around Rs. 2.3 crores. The price per square feet for a villa is far higher at around Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 7,000.
Hello! The new Kent Oakville housing project is one that has been designed by Kent Constructions, a construction firm based primarily in Kochi. Kochi has been developed a lot in recent years to accommodate many new facilities, for which people would have needed to go out of the city. Vazhakkala is a locality in Kochi which is primarily considered as a suburb. When it comes to the location, I can tell you that Vazhakkala is well-placed nearby to the industrial and IT hub of Kakkanad. It’s further made of some sub-areas such as Mythripuram, NGO Quarters, Palachuvadu, and Kunnumpuram.

During the time I spent with this person, he brought up the topic of Kent Oakville. As far as I can remember, this housing project is supposed to comprise of luxury villas and low-rise apartments. They’ve planned a long list of amenities that include a swimming pool, clubhouse, convention center, shuttle court, sauna, yoga room, and library room. The list of amenities seemed long, so it’s kind of hard to forget.
