If you are looking for a place for just your son, then you don’t need a big one. I think a small 2BHK can be manageable. Talking about rent, yes, it is reasonable. My friend was telling me of an 800 sq. ft. 2BHK there, and the rent was 10,000 rupees. But you should also be able to find a 1BHK for less. Anyways, it is the rent per sq. ft. that is important. Here, the rent is around 8 to 12 Rs. per sq. ft. So a 1BHK of say 600 sq. ft. should cost you around 4,800 to 7,200 Rupees.
