I couldn’t agree more to whatever is said above. Bicholi Mardana is such a great locality to live in. My husband I moved here few weeks back and I know we made the right decision. It is easy to get supplies here; there are many vegetable markets, ATMs, pharmacies and hospitals around. There are many nice restaurants as well in the areas for food lovers. Overall, to invest here is to put your money in a good future.

Hi, I completely agree! Investing in a property at Bicholi Mardana isn’t just great because of the serenity and proximity of the area, but is also fruitful considering the growing property rates in Indore. The area is seeing developments in terms of hospitals, colleges, schools, and other such facilities, which is making it a favorite amongst the residents. When it comes to investing in properties in Indore, Bicholi Mardana is one of the hotspots for properties. Per my review of the area at propertywala.com, I noted that this area has approximately 69% of apartments, both multi-storey apartments and integrated townships, 17% Independent and row houses, and the rest is other type of properties. Investing here is a very good decision because the price per sq. ft is very nominal mainly because over 57% of the projects are under construction, and offer very attractive and negotiable rates.

Bicholi Mardana is one of the best localities in Indore, and has come up as one of the best localities to invest in. It is considered as a prime residential locality, and is well connected to other areas of the city. The real-estate market is catching up at Bicholi Mardana with some great under construction projects. The price per sq. ft range on an average from Rs.1800 per sq. ft to Rs.2500 per sq. ft, and investing in Bicholi Mardana is a very wise decision, as the property prices would definitely see an appreciation here.
