Khandwa Road is one of the fast developing surrounding of Indore, because of the presence of so many reputed schools and colleges the area has turned in to the educational hub of Indore.Khandwa road is a prime location! It has an excellent neighbourhood and is extremely well developed. Property value will definitely appreciate. I feel it's a very good choice to live in with family because it's a residential area. It's roughly about 2.5 km from IT Park Indore, University Campus and IIT. Good public transportation to reach other parts of the city.

I’m hearing about some new industrial town that is going to come up soon outside Indore. Is this true? Can anyone give me the details about it? Also, I think this will be a positive influence on the Indore real estate. What do you guys think, should I buy property in Indore now?
Latest Answer: Yeah! New job opportunities is a given, when any kind of IT related development happens anywhere. There will be a surge of people flocking to this area, and real estate sector will boom. There will be growths of residential housing sector near this industrial town I know, but I think the existing market within Indore is also bound to expand, thanks to this! There are a number of other companies that have shown interest, so there is going to be enough for all, both Indore and Bhopal, I think in terms of growth prospect in the real estate sector.

I don't completely understand the different types of Sarthak Singapore Green View flats in Indore. Ayone has any information on this?

Q:
What is the status of the civic amenities in the colonies in Indore at the moment? I’ll be moving there shortly, and I wanted to be aware of all the issues from beforehand.
Latest Answer: Yes, they will be taking some strict measures. I heard that the IMC is going to revoke the building permission of the colonies that fail to provide the residents with the basic civic amenities. And this includes all the colonies which have received the permission from both the panchayat and the administration before becoming a part of the Indore municipal corporation. So basically there is going to be a spot inspection, if any colony is found to be lacking in any department of amenities, then they will be allotted a particular time frame within which they will need to get it all in shape. Failure to do so, will make them lose their building permission.
Q:
How will the Delhi Mumbai Investment Corridor project benefit Indore? Will real estate values appreciate in the locality?
Latest Answer: Yeah this investment region is about 25 km south west from Indore. The entire region has great connectivity to Indore and other cities around the area such as Bhopal and even western India like Mumbai, Ahmedabad by important corridors such as NH 59 and NH 3. Knowledge City at Ujjain is also close by to this project and will also be beneficial for the people of Indore. The site is close to the Indore airport and it will connect it to other parts of the city. Railway links are also getting improved by Indore-Dahod broad-gauge link to the Dedicated Freight Corridor and Indore – Khandwa to south India. Seems like this project has a lot of potential but hopefully no developmental delays will take place as usual.
Q:
helo. I want to know what is being done if anything to preserve greenery in the major areas of Indore like Ujjain road. Thank you.
Latest Answer: From my knowledge Ujjain road and other areas of Indore have faced issues related to climate change for at the least the last four years. The significant increase in ground water level has taken the focus of IMC on rain water harvesting to a serious point. The body is now considering the development and deepening of lakes to facilitate plantation, a project that has been alotted Rs 40 crores. Additionally, IMC has proposed to develop city forests by planting more than 3,500 trees that will in turn check the pollution in Indore.
Q:
I moved into Indore 3 months ago as i got posted here by my company. I have been staying in the company provided guest house as of now near ab road. My wife and kids are coming down in a months time from now. As, obviously, they cannot stay in the company guesthouse, I urgently need some leads on a 2bhk apartment - preferably near recognised schools and within an apartment complex. Also, since I stay in ab road, I have a fairly decent idea of the locality and hence will be looking at apartments in ab road mostly. Please, suggest some options as this an urgent requirement.
Latest Answer: You can find a 2bhk apartment from 6000 to 2000, depending on your budget. Since you have given a basic clue about what you are looking for you could check out the Silver Springs township or Dream city. Both are gated communities with amenities your family will enjoy. Also, dont worry about the schools as there are plenty around. A good idea would be for you to check out online sites for owners who have posted their properties on those sites. This saves you the hassle of brokerage fees and helps you find a home faster.

I was looking at properties to invest in Indore and I heard about DLF’s Gardencity Phase II project. It must be good, since its DLF. Does anyone have some detailed information about this project? I want to know price details, locality details, construction progress details, property details, etc.
Latest Answer: Hey, the villas that are available in the DLF Gardencity Phase II are all 4bhks. They have a total built-up area of 1800 square feet, and are priced at Rs. 2550 per square foot. I think that’s quite a reasonable price as you will be getting a word-class villa for only Rs. 46 lakhs. The plots of lands are for cheaper. The 300 square foot plot costs only Rs 10 lakhs, and the 1500 square feet plot costs only Rs 20 lakhs.
The constructions for this project are going on currently, and you can book a villa if you want to. You will get possession of it by October 2014.
