The price of apartments in this project starts from rs 51 lakhs on wards and it seems that the project is expected to get completed by September 2016.

Nearest Metro Station - 12 km (Kanakapura Road Metro Station)
Nearest Ring Road - 6 km

It is worth buying a property here as the real estate market doing real good in this locality.

Yes Brigade Wisteria has got approval from BBMP and banks like State Bank of India, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of Mysore, Punjab National Bank and HDFC Bank has approved the project

The expected possession of the project is by June 2016 and the amenities provided in this project are as follows: Healthcare Centre, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Jogging Track, Clubhouses, Kindergarten, Coffee Shop, Cricket Practice Pitch, Badminton Courts, Exercise Court etc.

Kanakapura Road is a good option and you can also expect future appreciation in this area as the area is surrounded by many educationally institutions and the connectivity is also very good. Kanakapura road has become a prime hub for real estate development since last 2-3 years. The residential real estate activity along Kanakapura Road is expected to rapidly expand with the arrival of Metro Rail network.

The project is named as Wisteria. The project will consist of 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments ranging from 1,120-1,630 square feet. The 1 bedroom apartment size will range from 680 to 900 square feet. The company has announced a launch price of Rs 45.5 lakh (basic cost)
