Some projects have 24 floors..Is that approved or legal?

Hi sarfaraz, the builders and the brokers say that the project is legal.. you can confirm the same by visiting the site and going through the project papers..they should have the approval from GDA and that will mention the floors approved as well...
You can also take a copy of papers to a lawyer and get them checked as well...
