yea, this is in sector 5 sohna road and near t he Badshahpur village.... the road offers good connectivity to both delhi and haryana... HUDA city centre, the functional metro station, IFFCO chowk is all accessible in a 20 min drive time.. Mall and hospitals are easy accessible.

reputed schools like DPS, Ryan, Pathways, GD Goenka,KR Mangalam etc are nearby

Well Mr Chandra, this is not under construction. this project is in the soft launch phase and is expected to be launched by 2nd week of July... construction work will start in august and possession can be in 3 years after the construction starts....

Yeah Mr chandra, there are discount at the time of booking, you can discuss about the same and the current price is around Rs 3925/sqft... there are about 650 units in total and the booking amount is RS 4-6 lakhs depending on the flat size....

well the smallest sizes is 2 bhks of 995 sqft and the highest size is 2293sqft for a 4 bhk.... the project will have a swimming pool, play area, indoor games, maintenance staff, security, power back up, water supply, modular kitchen and play area for tennis, badminton and basketball....
