Arey! There are also some good amenities in this project. You will get 24 hour backup, intercom facility, gym, club house, swimming pool, community hall, indoor sports, ATM, and garden. The apartments are spacious, with the 2BHK apartment having an area between 1100 and 1200 sq. ft. and the 3BHK's size is between 1450 sq. ft. and 1575 sq. ft. The project is a RCC framed structure, and ceramic tiles have been used in most of the apartment. You should surely consider buying an apartment in Mittal Pride and not worry about the little distance between the heart of the city and this project.

Hey! The project has been approved by KSPCB, MUDA, BMICAPA and also by the Mellapura Gram Panchayath. I also agree that the project is located in a very good locality which is pretty near the heart of the city. Also, Mysore city does not have as much traffic as other metros, so you can travel very quickly to other parts of the city, and most of the roads are well tarred and wide. In this project, you can buy a 2BHK or 3BHK apartment. Prices start at Rs. 31.46 lakhs for the 2BHK and go up to Rs. 34.43 lakhs, and the 3BHK can be bought starting at Rs. 41.47 lakhs and goes up to Rs. 45.04 lakhs.

Mittal Pride is a new apartment project which is being built in J. P. Nagar in Mysore. The project is not too far from the centre of the city, and is only 7 km from the Mysore Railway Station. Mysore has grown so much that even J. P. Nagar is like an extension of the main part of Mysore. It is located ideally, and there is good connectivity through the Mananthavadi Road and the Link Main Road. The project is located hardly 1 km from the Ashokapuram Railway Station. You will have easy access to plenty of schools, colleges, hospitals, and malls from this project.
