Is Dreamz Infra fraud? Has anybody purchased any property from them?

Q: I googled a little about DreamzInfra and few websites had mentioned that they are fraud. Which led me to think how come they are offering the properties at such low prices. Has anybody purchased any property from them?

even i have heard about this, but majority of the builders have the same issue, don't know how true it is

But with this builder it is said that they just take the money and the construction never starts. Is there any completed project by this builder. Actually, I am interested in one of the properties but skeptical as to whether to go for it or not..

Every builders has some pros and cons so do they. If you are interested in any of their project, you can cross check all the documents provided by them. If possible you can also visit some of their completed projects to check the construction quality.

Dreamz Infra usually offers affordable housing and as of now they have completed around 5 projects in Bangalore and 45 ongoing project which are in different level of construction. They are also coming up with a luxury project called Dreamz Swarg in Sarjapur Road. I have also read some of the negative comments about the builder but every builder have some pros and cons.
