Rajapushpa Atria Project details for buying apartment

Q: Hi guys! I wanted to buy a premium apartment somewhere between Gachibowli and Narsingi. I’ve noticed that Rajapushpa Atria is being constructed in a similar location. Can anyone inform me more about this housing project?

Which legal authority and financial institutions have approved thee project?

You can avail home loan from banks like SBI, SBH, SBM, Axis, ICICI, PNB, IDBI and HDFC for Rajapushpa Atria. Legal bodies like HMDA and Kokapet Gram Panchayat has approved it.

What is the current rate per sqft going on in this project and when is the project expected to be completed?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4350. The project will get completed block wise like Etna, Flora, Lara, Omga, Sierra and Terra will be completed by March 2017 and Aura, Clara & Delta will get completed by March 2018.

Personally speaking, the location of Rajapushpa Atria is kind of a bummer for me. I need to travel regularly from one place to another as part of my profession, so it’s too remote a destination for my taste. However, if you plan to work close by, it might be a good choice for you. Now the prices, as you can expect, are a little bit high because of its proximity to the IT hub of Hyderabad. The flats are available in various sizes, ranging from 1350 square feet to 3725 square feet. Going by current property rates, a 2 BHK would cost you between 48 and 52 lakh rupees. A 3 BHK will cost you between 60 and 90 lakh rupees, whereas a 4 BHK will be around 1.2 to 1.3 crores in values.

I was initially interested in Rajapushpa Atria and so I went on to enquire further. But now, I’ve landed a job in Barcelona, so it’s just not happening. From what I know, I can tell you that Rajapushpa Atria is designed to be a conglomeration of 10 apartment blocks, with each building housing 15 floors. Once complete, this project designed to be a gated community with round-the-clock security and CCTV surveillance. So safety wise, I guess you’re all good in this community. Rajapushpa Atria also has some convenient facilities such as a supermarket, restaurant, clinic, and ATM, which are all located inside the premises.

Hello! Your choice as good as any others in this area. The IT sector has caused a residential boom in areas close to Gachibowli. Places such as Narsingi and Khajaguda, which were unheard of until now, are home to some valuable real estate projects. Rajapushpa Atria is one such residential complex, which is being constructed by Rajapushpa Properties Pvt Ltd. It’s a high-rise project that consists of 2 BHKs, 3 BHKs, and 4 BHKs. If you’re someone working in an IT company placed in Gachibowli, then this will be a brilliant location for you.
