Q: Hello All, I have just returned to Hyderabad after living in the U.K for 15 years. I want to invest in one of the residential projects in Lanco hills, but I hear there is some constant dispute of land going on with the project. Can anyone share any updates on the land dispute and any other related details please? Thank you!
I agree, I don’t think you should worry about the dispute at all. I was reading through an article on The Hindu the other day, and found out that the Lanco Group is continuing to invest in the development of the township aggressively. I’m sure if they sensed the project to go down badly, they wouldn’t continue with such intensive property developments. The property at Lanco is great and is certainly a fruitful investment.
Hey, thanks for that update on Lanco hills. I agree that Lanco hills is a great place to invest given the land dispute is in control now. The project is situated in Manikonda, which is at an ideal distance from Gachibowli and Hitec city. The Lanco Infra builders are putting up a great fight against the WAKF board, and assuring people of their reliability in investing at Lanco hills. The apartments are quickly selling out at Lanco hills, with the apartments at Domina Condominums already completely sold out. I think you should go ahead and explore your investing options at the Lanco Hills apartments or the Hanging Garden villas, which are part of the Lanco Hills project. Good luck!
Hey, welcome back to India! Lanco hills is one of the largest projects in Hyderabad, making it an easy victim of land disputes. But, after a long time battle with the WAKF board, the Apex court gave its nod to the Lanco Infra to go ahead with their sales and construction of the iconic township of Lanco Hills. With such a clear nod from the APEX court definitely comes as a relief, and I believe you can go ahead and invest in the residential projects offered by the Lanco Infra builders.
