It is just 5 km from Divya Shree SEZ which is home for many MNCs, 1 km from Lanco Hills, 1 km to outer ring road in Narsingi Junction, Manikonda pipeline is nearby, Shamshabad International Airport is at 15 minutes drive from here. There are recreational centres like Ocean Park, Taramati, etc and Inorbit Mall is about 7 km from here.

As a different direction, I will bring to your notice the many amenties provided at Lanco Hills Apartments. There are too many, starting with a spacious garden and swimming pool, play area for kids, club house, cafeteria, lubrary, gym, tennis court, basketball court, squash court, volleyball court, meditation hall, jacuzzi and indoor games. So by now, the colony is fully functional and running smoothly. The vacant flats are ready to move in and can be occupied anytime. This project is one of the completed undertakings of this class. Q: Hello All, I have just returned to Hyderabad after living in the U.K for 15 years. I want to invest in one of the residential projects in Lanco hills, but I hear there is some constant dispute of land going on with the project. Latest Answer: I agree, I don’t think you should worry about the dispute at all. I was reading through an article on The Hindu the other day, and found out that the Lanco Group is continuing to invest in the development of the township aggressively. I’m sure if they sensed the project to go down badly, they wouldn’t continue with such intensive property developments. The property at Lanco is great and is certainly a fruitful investment.
