Ready to move in Villa projects in Gachibowli

Q: Hey, my office has setup a new block in Gachibowli, I’ll be moving there soon. I have a family of 8, and I’m looking to invest in a ready to move in or on-going villa project in and around Gachibowli. Has anyone heard of Bamboos by Meenakshi? If yes, please share more details about the project and of any other similar villa project around the same area.

Hey, I think Lumbini SLN Springs and Bamboos are very similar projects, both made for luxury living. At Bamboos you can find 4BHKs only, at Lumbini you can find 4 and 5 BHKS with an area ranging from 3199 sq. ft to 4500 sq. ft. I’m not very sure of the price, but it is almost the same around 4-5 crores. The distance between the two isn’t a big one either, Lumbini is on the main road near the Jayabheri Enclave, while the main road from Bamboos would roughly be around 1 km away. I think the only difference I can come up with is its make. Meenakshi Bamboos has a more contemporary look to it, while Lumbini SLN springs looks like a conventional bungalow. Hi there! It’s great that you’re office moved to an area which is in close proximity to Hitec City, Kondapur, and Madhapur. I stay in Ramki towers, which is right opposite Bamboos. I understand your requirement for a villa because you have a big family. Meenakshi bamboos has 4BHK villas with a spacious 4350 sq. ft area. The price per sq. ft for sale is Rs. 10,000 due to the great connectivity of this area with other major areas and because of the luxurious space provided by the builder. If your budget is between 3.5 crores to 5 crores, then you can also consider investing in Lumbini SLN springs in Gachibowli. Maybe someone can share more details about that project with you.
