Luxury Villas at Safeway Sassy homes in Gachibowli
Q: Hey, I visited a home property expo couple of months back, and came across a very interesting luxury villa project called Safeway Sassy Homes.I was in a hurry and couldn’t get a complete picture of this project. Has anyone heard of this project? If yes, please help me with details about this project.
Hello, I visited this project a couple of weeks ago to get a clear understanding of the route and locality. I think the distance from wipro to reach sassy homes is only around 2 kms, which I think is ideal. Also, I went there mainly to check one thing that I read somewhere on the internet about a graveyard located in the layout. But, if you take my word for it, there was no graveyard. A lot of people confused a small memorial at a neighbouring property into a graveyard. So, to give you a heads up don’t fall into these rumours,discuss clearly with the builder. You can also negotiate the price per sq. ft and bring it down to 6500 per sq. ft.
Hey, I haven’t visited the site but what I can tell you is that I have been to many other villa projects around this area, and I think the price quoted by Sassy homes is comparatively higher than other similar projects in the area. For example you can also consider comparing these villas with sankalp Viva in Gachibowli which are priced economically within 1.5 crores. However, I have heard that the model villas showcased at Sassy homes are high-end villas with modern architecture, which might be the reason for a slightly higher price. Also, since the area doesn’t fall in the main city it is suitable for luxury living without traffic hassles and water problems.
Hey there! Sassy homes by Safeway Infra is an upcoming project in the Financial district of Gachibowli. This project hasn’t been launched yet, but the plans have been laid out, and 4 BHK unit types are available with an area ranging from 2700 - 3500 sq. ft. The price per sq. ft is around Rs. 6800-7400 per sq. ft, which I believe is very high, but again the growth potential in terms of Financial district is also very high. Once the project is completed and sufficient villas are constructed amenities such as clubhouse,swimming pool etc will also be commenced as per the plan. I haven’t personally visited the property, so someone who has visited the property and model house can give you more details. Good luck.
