Latest Answer: Hello, I visited this project a couple of weeks ago to get a clear understanding of the route and locality. I think the distance from wipro to reach sassy homes is only around 2 kms, which I think is ideal. Also, I went there mainly to check one thing that I read somewhere on the internet about a graveyard located in the layout. But, if you take my word for it, there was no graveyard. A lot of people confused a small memorial at a neighbouring property into a graveyard. So, to give you a heads up don’t fall into these rumours,discuss clearly with the builder. You can also negotiate the price per sq. ft and bring it down to 6500 per sq. ft.
