Okey, I was in touch with an agent and he says everything sold out...very few units remaining like 7-8..also they have increased the price by 500/- per sq ft.. I know it is with MHADA but does it not make this a risky proposition especially in case you have to sell the flat for any reason. Recently learned that banks hesitate to give loans for short leasehold properties. My friend is having a tough time to sell his leasehold flat
Well, The project has just been launched and the work has not started and the commercial certificate from the Mumbai municipality is pending and is expected in another months time. the possession will be after 4 years so safely take till may 2018.
