Hi Kalpana, I have not booked an apartment but I was doing some market research for areas in and around Marathahalli and Brookefield. I am thinking of investing over there :) :)

Hi Kalpana, Sai Flora is approved by BBMP and banks like LIC, HDFC and State Bank of India. Sai Flora is located close to Brookefield Cosmos Mall, just 2 km. You can reach the project within 15 minutes from Marathahalli and ITPL.

CMRS Group has a good reputation in the market and till date they have completed around 6 projects in Bangalore.
