Q: Hi, I want to purchase a 2 or a 3 BHK within a budget of 65 lacs. I would prefer investing in gated communities in and around Miyapur. Aparna Builders have a perfect gated community for you to move in your preferred locality. You can buy a spacious 3BHK in the Aparna Hill Park Avenue within your given budget. While, this project by Aparna is great and within your budget, if your requirements are in and around Miyapur, you should also consider investing in Aparna HillPark Lake Breeze. You will find a 2BHK and 3BHK within your budget here as well. From what I’ve heard the areas are well within the normal city limits, and are in close proximity to schools, hospitals, ATMs, restaurants, super markets etc. Maybe someone who lives around that area can give you more details about the developments in the area.
