Information needed about Shwetha Aryan for relocation purpose

Q: I have been living and working in east Hyderabad for three years and I really don’t like the apartment given to me by my company. I want to relocate to a better place which is preferably a villa with all amenities. I heard by word of mouth about Shwetha Aryan properties but would like more info on it. How is the locality? What are the amenities provided? What is the pricing like?

Shweta Aryan is spread across an area of 4.85 acres on Pipe Line Road, Sriram Nagar, Hyderabad.Shewta Aryan is well equipped with modern amenities and facilities including a club house, swimming pool, amphitheater, tennis court, childrens play area etc. Location is one of the fastest growing suburbs in North Hyderabad and strategically situated near Suchitra Circle, Bowenpally and along National Highway 7.
If we compare Shweta Aryan with surrounding projects, it is priced mid-range between Rs. 55lakh and Rs. 60 lakh. The project has a good association of adequate infrastructure facilities well within a walkable reach of the residential premise. So it won't be bad idea to invest here. Hi if you have found Shwetha Aryan to fit in your budget then I suggest you go in for it, because the place is nothign short of excellent. A little far from Suchitra Circle you will find Shwetha Aryan apartments. The project offers 2 as well as 3 BHK apartments which are priced quite resonably pertaining to the facilities provided by the complex. Amenities include a club house, sports courts, swimming pool, ample parking spaces and a reliable security system. The developers behind the compelx are Shwetha Developers and they are most well-known in Hyderabad. Overall, the project is a good one to invest in and I think you should totally go in for it.

You can find the complex right on Bowenpally road, which is a very eminent location if you know Hyderabad well. The Secunderabad Zone is the locality surrounding this place, and it is very lavish location. The apartments are open to occupancy from this year only, so you can expect to see some new and very well-furnished units.
