Hello Priyanka, Courtyard by Essen Group is a PCMC approved project and has got all the related approvals. You can book by giving 1 lac as a token amount but you have to pay 15% of the total agreement value with one and half month. Currently, the project is in pre-launch phase and it is expected that will launch in Ganesh Chathurthi on 29 August. And it is also expected that the price will be increased by Rs. 200/sq-ft from 29th August. Almost all the leading banks are funding this project. This project offers covered car parking with a annual fee of Rs. 3.5 lacs.
