Unishire The Weave apartment project in Thanisandra Main Road
Q: As far as I know the project is in pre launch stage. Any idea when they are going to launch it? Where exactly is the project coming up and how much is the pre launch booking charges?

i booked a 3bhk flat in indira elan 6months back. till now it has not started. they are saying BBMP approval is pending. did anyone book/withdraw from this project?
USP's of this project are as follows: a) Linked Terraces with connected facilities zone b) IGBC Gold Class Green Homes and c) Italian Marble Flooring Package (or) Services Package (AC in MBR & Living Room, Geysers in all bathrooms, Exhaust Fan in all bathrooms & Kitchen and Shower partition in all bathrooms.)
Right now you can book your apartment by paying just 5% and the rest amount later. I do not think so that the project will get completed 2016 as the sales person told me that it will be done by 2017.
As per my knowledge, yes there are few offers going on in this project like free master bedroom upgrade and free gold coupon on site visit only for first 10 booking. The offer is valid till 26th April, 2015

I hope they are going to deliver the project soon like they always do.
I visited the Unishire's Undergoing project near Manyata Tech Park recently and I have seen that that the construction work is almost completed and rest of the works are really going very fast seems like they are going to complete the project before given time. Hoping to shift in my home soon. I was looking for 3BHK luxury apartments and after seeing all details and visiting the sites several time, I found that this is the thing I was looking for. So finally I confirmed about the booking and completed the rest documentation works. They were very helpful during all this their staffs and all sales parson were very supportive and helpful from beginning to till. I'm happy with my investment its make me feel that I have invested with right builder.

They detailed about the completion time of the project and as I have seen there they seems correct because the development is in full swing and seems it will complete very soon. I was looking for 3BHK luxury apartments and after seeing all details I found that this is the thing I was looking for. So finally the booking procedure is already started hoping nice and long term relationship with them.
When I was looking for the apartments in Bangalore, I have done lots of research on internet for the right place to invest. I have invested in Unishire’s projects “Enclave, Indira Nagar”. I was afraid with the negative reviews on internet even after I followed my friend’s suggestion who already have a flat with Uni shire. Now I can say that whatever negative I read on internet was totally false. Whatever everyone mentioned in the comments was just opposite of what Uni shire really doing. So my suggestion for those who are worried like me due to negative comments on internet just avoid all that comments and feedback. Uni shire is the best place to invest in my opinion.

Hi Lakshya, as far as I know the project is expected to launch by next month. The project is coming up in Thanisandra, Behind Manyata Tech Park, Chokanahalli, Opposite to Sobha City/next to Provident Harmony. The pre launch booking charges for a 2bhk apartment is Rs 3 lakhs.
@Debasis, Last time when I inquired about the project, the concern person told me that the project is expected to get completed by 2016 but you are telling that the construction has not been started yet.
