Information about Tellapur Techno City Integrated Township

Q: Hey, has anyone heard of the Tellapur Techno City Integrated township? I remember it being in some prolonged speculation over approval. Any news or update this township? Also please provide any details about this project, since there was so much speculation around it I never researched in detail about this project. If feasible I’d want to invest here.

Hey thanks for this update. I have also been waiting to get some sort of an information on this project. I was keeping a close eye on this in its earlier stages of proposals. But, the update in 2012 came out as a relief. The project has the required approvals now, and enough investors too. However, I would suggest you keep coming back to news forums and real estate news to know more about this project. A project like this requires a great amount of planning, so I’m not surprised that we haven’t heard about much in the last 1 and half year. Also, if your investment requirements are immediate, I suggest you look for other projects in the city, instead of waiting for this one.

After the last update in mid 2012, I haven’t heard of any update after that. However, I have a slight idea of the kind of houses coming up. I read somewhere on the internet that they will mostly construct high-rise apartments, low rise garden apartments, row houses with best and modern architects. Apart from office spaces and residential houses the township will have civic amenities as well, which will be placed closer to the residential complexes. However, I don’t think the prices for any of the properties are out yet. They will be out only once the plan is set and in place. Keep a close eye on real estate news for this information.

Oh I know! I almost lost hope if this project would ever come to reality, but after 5 years of its proposal, it was finally approved in 2012. But, the approval came with few changes. Now the township project would cover a 100 acre land and not a 400 acre land as was earlier proposed. This mega township will be home to offices, IT parks, commercial complexes and luxury residential apartments. I believe you are looking to invest in residential complexes? If yes, then I’d tell you to keep a close eye on their upcoming plans of residential houses. Nothing is clearly stated out yet so to give details about what kind of residential complexes would come up will be a little difficult at this stage.
