Q:Hey, has anyone heard of the Tellapur Techno City Integrated township? I remember it being in some prolonged speculation over approval. Any news or update this township? Also please provide any details about this project, since there was so much speculation around it I never researched in detail about this project. If feasible I’d want to invest here.
Latest Answer: Hey thanks for this update. I have also been waiting to get some sort of an information on this project. I was keeping a close eye on this in its earlier stages of proposals. But, the update in 2012 came out as a relief. The project has the required approvals now, and enough investors too. However, I would suggest you keep coming back to news forums and real estate news to know more about this project. A project like this requires a great amount of planning, so I’m not surprised that we haven’t heard about much in the last 1 and half year. Also, if your investment requirements are immediate, I suggest you look for other projects in the city, instead of waiting for this one.
