Hi. Aryabhatta Institute of Sciences is in north hyderabad near Miyapur, which is very close to Maheshwaram, and that is the best option for you to move to. Maheshwaram is a great IT park of Hyderabad and that is favorable because the locality is more progressed than others. Apartment of 1 BHK and more can be found easily around the area and for less too. Being a prime location, the locality sees good transport as well as housing facilities. You may also find good rentals on paying guest basis or share with a roommate. Hope you find a good apartment in this area.

From my analysis, I would agree with the person above me that Maheshwaram is the best option for you currently. Although the locality is full of I.T, Electronic as well as Pharmaceutical companies, it is quite residential and well-developed. There is a lot of land availability in the area which means that it is not congested with corporate buildings, so finding an apartment here would be fairly easy. Two of Hyderabad’s primary highways leading to Srisailam and Bangalore as well as Outer Ring Road connect the locality with different parts of the city. Moreover, the airport is incredibly close to Maheshwaram, just 12 km away.

Hi, as per the location of your institute, the best options for you to find accommodation in would be Sardar-Nagar, Maheshwaram Mandal or Ravi Rala Village, of which the closest is Maheswaram and that is clearly why you are interested in it.. All of these are good localities and close in proximity to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. The best choice for affordable apartments though is like everyone has said, Maheshwaram. It is well-connected to the city and has many ATMSs, shopping malls and also close to Fab City and Hardware Park. Wish you a good luck in your search.

Hello, from my knowledge I can tell you that Maheshwaram is undoubtedly the best locality near Aryabhatta Institute as it is a good residential area. The rest of Hyderabad is well connected to it with the help of buses, trains and other kinds of public transport. There are ample schools, banks, ATM and hospitals in the area so that all your needs are met. Being one of the prime localities of Hyderabad, Maheshwaram has good roads and transport facility. Hope that you find the right place around here as there are many apartments available.
