To firther add to the information provided, there are many bus services available in Patancheru which makes it a convenient place to live in. These includes the Lig Colony Bus Station, Patancheru Bus Stop Bus Station, RC Puram mandal office bus station, kardanur bus station and indresam bus station which are the closest local bus stops that incorporate buses going in and out of the area. Railways are well connected too, with stations like Nagalpalle Railway station 9km away, Lungampalli railway station 8km away, Hafizpeta railways station 12 km away and shankarpalli railway station 19 km near. In conclude, investing in Patancheru is a good idea because customers will be attracted to well-routed area

Hi. While many may say that Patacheru is an industrial area with much contaminated water and lack of infrastructure, this is why you must invest there. All other aspects of the area and fairly well taken care of like the overall public transport and public establishments and services. Being home to the most prominent industries in the city, Patancheru is rich is resources therefore can provide a lot from it. I think you can yield lot of income from property in Patancheru as long as it is not too far away from the area that is concentrated in industeries because this is where most buyers are interested in

As far as I know, Patancheru is having good options of public transport in the form of buses, trains, cabs and also autos. There are various buses that commute from and to the locality daily many times and they arrive at prominent stations like Chandanagar APSRTC Bus Station, Patancheru APSRTC Bus Station, Lingampally APSRTC Bus Station which are the closes to Patancheru. These buses travel within the city of hydeabad as well as from major cities to this area. The infrastructure of Patancheru is not up to the mark but as long as accomodation availability is good, the real estate rate is not very affected.

Hello, in a short notice Patancheru is a very industrially driven area that is full of well connected road. There are innumerable industries and companies in the area as well some of the biggest pharmaceutical units in Hyderabad. For connectivity, there are various airports of Hyderabad nearby, like Rajiv Gandhi International Airport which is at a distance of 40 km, Latur Airport at 240 km distance, Nanded Airport 234 km away, and the very known Sholapur airport at a distance of 277 km away. Overall, these proximities make the area favorable for investing in as people would liek to live ina well-connected locality.
