And there Open Plot which they named as Tulip Heights they say is HMDA Approved is it True? Normally all outer areas fall under Panchayat then how come they are claiming HMDA approval? Can please throw more lights on performance and reliablity of Dharani Infra Venture?ASAP

Dharani Infra has one more project in Indrakaran Village (Sangareddy Mandal, Medak Dist) there broucher shows near by site is IIT Campus, Aurobindo Research Center, Gitam University & Ordanance Factory. How about this project (Tulip Heights[HMDA Approved, L.P. No.8/2015])? Will it yield good return in long term if purchased? OR We are seeing Sankarpally region too has got several good project offering Residential Plots by Aperna Builders and Hiranandani, so compared to Sankarpally (Rangareddy Dist) will this region (Sangareddy Dist) grow faster? Prices by Hiranandani & Aperna are high compared to Dharani because this 2 guys are giants. Investing in which projects will be a better options in terms of Long term investment & returns?

Latest Answer: Hi, in addition to what all has been mentioned it is important to note that Patancheru locality doesnt come under the most affected areas which is mostly peripheral GHMC circle like Malkagiri. Here there is massive power cuts and water is suppled on alternate days reaching more than 5 to 6 hours late to residents. This is effecting everyone’s daily rountine as well as office lifestyle, as people who used to get water at 5am are now getting at 11am. Apart from Patancheru, Kukatpally, Alwal and Serilingapally are also under misery.

Q: Hello. I have to shift to Patancheru area in Hyderabad for working reason ,but ive heard so much bad news about it. Is it true that the industrialization of the locality is leading to contamination and toxicity in the area? What are your experiences?
Latest Answer: Yes it is true that the toxicity and contamination issue in Patancheru has reached its heights, and according to latest findings the inhabitants are also relocating as fast as they can. the others are still suffering, and there is no scope for real estate either as customers are uncertain about investing in properties also. With that they are left with completely useless land, cant grow crops or sell. In terms of water pollution, the highest level of drug wastes was found in the waters of Patancheru of about 21 various kinds of drugs. This is coming from more than 90 pharmaceutical manufacturing industries in the area who dump everything into the water.

Latest Answer: I would like to suggest anyone to stay away from this project it is very much delayed and no idea when it will get completed. And also heard that the brands being used for Windows and Sanitary are of local or china made. So, better stay away from this project.
