Mysore preferred destination for second home

Q: What is the reason that Mysore looking promising for a second home for the buyers in Bangalore?

Hi Kaushik, Can you please tell me what is the property price going on in Mysore? How much appreciation I can expect if at all I am booking a property?

The price range of a 2BHK unit is within Rs 27-92 lakh. A 3BHK unit means price is in the range of Rs 32 lakh to Rs 1.4 crore for a size of 1000-2700 sq ft. The scope of appreciation is also appealing. Active localities include Yadavgiri, Vijaynagar Extention, JP Nagar and VV Mohalla.

The reason why Mysore is preferred as the second home destination is because of the IT hub coming up in Mysore. Moreover, with a new industrial hub coming up at Chamrajanagar that will boast of plantation and horticulture industries, job avenues will widen.

I agree with you Rajiv but my personal point of view is that Mysore is famous for its greenery and serenity. Its a haven for retired people because it is not so polluted and crowded like Bangalore. The cost of living is also comparatively affordable. Social and physical infrastructure is well placed and there is no water crisis.

Mysore is no more behind, this small city is developing very fast. Everyone associated with Bangalore real estate market is optimistic about the upcoming developments in this city. :) :)
