Q: Hey, is it a good time to invest in Uttamnagar? Isnt there some flyover being constructed there? Guys please discuss.

Well, I don’t have much to add after these guys, except that I'm definitely seeing this as an excellent investment opportunity. The locality of Uttamnagar is going to see a lot of growth and development pretty soon. This rail over bridge is one of the major ones actually. You can expect a definite capital appreciation in this area in the future. Now its the best time to invest as the market has still not picked up quite well here at the moment so prices are low.

Hi there. Yeah the last time I heard about this project was that its going to be a 4-lane passageway, and the whole project cost is around Rs 31 crores. Actually you know there was going to be a rail over bridge directly at the Safilguda railway crossing, but they scrapped that project and decided to go with building one at Uttamnagar, to also reduce the heavy traffic inflow to and from Secunderabad. And yeah, and from what I’ve heard the construction work is going to start pretty soon.

Hey you have heard right, there is indeed a bridge being constructed in Uttamnagar. Actually its more like a road under bridge. Fact is that currently there are a lot of traffic congestion issues near the Safilguda railway crossing. So the GHMC has approved this bridge in Uttamnagar in the hopes that it would ease up the traffic pressure near this area. I think this will be a good thing also for the real estate market around this area. What do you guys think? Any more updates on this?
