The average proice of these apartments is arund 29 lakhs to 50 lakhs. it comes to around 2,800/- per sq ft. The average price around the city is also around 2,700, so i think its a good option to take an apartment here.

The Meghana Sai Tejas is set in a nice location with everything nearby. good schools like Delhi Public School, bhashyam school and takshashila are all in the vicinity and hospitals like Basant Sahney and Yashoda are nearby too. it is also pretty close to the center of the city too!!

Hey This project was expected to be completed by december this year, but i dont it is completed yet. it is getting postponed. Im not sure though. But i have heard that they have a lot of units for sale. Around 100 units.

Hai, The Meghana Sai Tejas is a 5 floor apartment project that is coming up in malkajgiri. it offers different units like 2 bhk aand 3 bhk apartments of 1010 sq ft to 1300 sq ft. They seem pretty spacious.
