Prudent Amaya by Prudent Infrarealty Pvt Ltd will be located at Andul Road, Kolkata. This project is not yet launched and expected to launch very soon. This project will spread over 300 cottahs with 6 nos of blocks. It will develop 530 flats in G+14 storey.

Many real estate companies are setting up stylish towers on Andul Road and College Road, close to the Bengal Engineering Science University (BESU) campus, after the chief minister Mamata Banerjee decided to shift the state secretariat to Mandirtala and proposed to set up an annex building of the state legislative assembly near the Doomurjala sports complex. Now, businessmen and developers will set sights on land along the Kona Expressway or other big roads. I think value of land and apartments will also go up in the city.

You can go for similar projects in the nearby area such as Orchid Tower, Asian Habitat 64, Onkar Avas , Salasar Residency, sahara Apartment etc.

Prudent Amaya by Prudent Infra Realty located at Andul Road is a upcoming project and no information about its unit sizes and price yet found. You have to wait for 1-2 months for further information. If there is anything regarding this project i'll let you know.
