Details about Aparna Aura for Luxurious Living

Q: Namaskar! I just shifted to Hyderabad and am staying at a temporary place for the time being. I'll be shifting my family soon, but I want to rent a place at a luxurious apartments. If it's a great deal, I wouldn't mind buying a flat as well. I heard about Aparna Aura from a friend. Can someone tell me if this is a good deal to buy property?

Hello. Aparna Aura is still under construction, so I think you may be able to find a property for sale easily if you're interested. The 3bhks available in this building are 1751-2406 sqft and costs Rs. 6200 per sqft. So you could probably get an apartment for Rs. 1.08 to Rs. 1.49 crore. It's a good investment I feel if you're looking for a luxurious space. It has intercom facilities, library, club house, gymnasium and other recreational facilities, along with 24 hour power backup.

I have purchased a property in Aparna Aura, and I would therefore confidently say, go for it without thinking twice. The maintenance staff is efficient, and there is good security. There are health facilities, community hall, indoor games for fun, and a garden for evening walks. There are telecom facilities, internet provisions, Cable TV requirements and car wash facilities as well. Moreover, this building has got bank approvals from HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and State Bank of India. And is also approved by the GHMC.

This building is the only 20 floor stand alone residential tower in Hyderabad till now. Looks wise, this is a beautiful structure. And the spaces are effectively used with hardly any wastage. Utilization level is great, and the space is well designed to incorporate the essentials that people today can't be without. The building is made of steel, glass and concrete. There is a beautiful garden and swimming pool in the campus, along with a play area for kids.

Namaste to you too. If it's comfortable and effortless living that you're looking for, then Aparna Aura is a great choice for you. Total value for money i would say. I'm sure there are many luxurious apartments in Jubilee Hills. But as the architects of this structure say, Aparna Aura's architecture sings to you. It's great, and located in a prime location which makes it all the more attractive. The interiors are well-planned and executed. The designs are tasteful. The luxurious living that you're looking for will definitely be met at this place. I would say go for it.
