Luxuria by Mulik Corp. is a ingoing residential project at Wagholi, Pune, offers 2/3 BHK residential flats from 973-1216 sq-ft, cost around 48.96-60.09 lacs all including. The project is spred over 7.5 acres of land. Currently works on 3 towers of 2BHK is in progress and later they will start works on 1/3 BHK.

They are charging Rs. 3 lacs as a booking amount and rs. 50000/Yr as a society maintenance charges.

Which local body has approved this project and the which are the financial institutions offering housing loan? Is the price mentioned above is negotiable or fixed? How much they are charging for car parking?

Mulik Luxuria is a PMC approved project and banks such as HDFC, Axis, LIC, SBI are the leading home loan provider.
No, the above quoted price is negotiable and they are providing covered car parking and for that they are charging Rs. 50000.
