The project is spred over 7.5 acres of land. Currently works on 3 towers of 2BHK is in progress and later they will start works on 1/3 BHK.
They are charging Rs. 3 lacs as a booking amount and rs. 50000/Yr as a society maintenance charges.

@Sunil, Mulik Luxuria is a PMC approved project and banks such as HDFC, Axis, LIC, SBI are the leading home loan provider. No, the above quoted price is negotiable and they are providing covered car parking and for that they are charging Rs. 50000.
