Hey, i got the news that the residential locality here is going to get a boom, The airforce Naval Housing board project is going to be in this locality. This proves that this region is perfect for a peaceful living. the airforce project is actually become one of the nice little community in this area.

hey, you can see a lot of schools in this locality like the SES Matriculation School, CMS College of science and commerce, Vasavi Matriculation High School, CMS Matriculation Higher secondary school, Camford International school, Einstein Public school, Maniakarampalayam govt school etc.

the connectivity to other places in Coimbatore is really easy, right. the Sathyamangalam road, Rabindranath Tagore road, sangaralinganar road etc passes through the heart of the city. you see, the Peelamedu railway station which connects the region to various parts of India is just adjascent to the locality.

Hello. Ganapathy is quite a favorable place to live in, owing to the number of industries that are established here as well as wellknown upcoming residential projects. There are a number of IT and software industries in the BPO sector here due to the easy availability of manpower. For transportation Ganapathy has a Town Bus Stop of its own or you can also use the major Bus Terminals at Gandhipuram which is just 2 km away. The area has heavy traffic congestion though, and this is only avoided by developing a road with six lanes at least. 1BHK apartments should be fairly easy to find, but if you want to live in an elite neighborhood they are not so prevalent.

Yes, it is true that Ganapathy has a strong demand for residential projects from all developers as well as investors, and that is mainly due to the reason that the area is very well connected to the rest of the city. The residential neighborhoods have all required facilities in easy access. Some of Coimbatore’s most prominent educational institutions are located in this district including schools and colleges like Brainrich Technology, Corporation High School, JAS College and many more. Many well known industries ranging from large to small scale operate from this locality, with textile and foundry industries in abundance.

Hi, Ganapathy is a locality in Coimbatore which is one of the most prominent commercial and residential neighborhoods of Tamil nadu. Being the single most densely populated locality in the Coimbatore corporation, Ganapathy has quite a lot to offer. Gandhipuram, the heart of the city of Coimbatore is located at a short distance of 2 km from the area, and Sathy road poses as the central highway here. The border of Ganapathy is shared with Chinnavedampatti, Poosaripalayam, Gandhipuram, Rathinapuri, Vilankurichi, Maniyakarampalayam and also Avarampalayam. The reason Ganapathy is quite crowded is because there are plenty of commercial complexes being built here along the residential buildings.
