I have not booked an apartment in this project but I reside in Bannerghatta Road. The expected possession date of the project is by end of 2015. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and all the leading banks. The price of the apartment starts from Rs 32 lakhs.
Bannerghatta Road was earlier known as Anekal Road but later was renamed as Bannerghatta Road. The Bannerghatta Road commences from Adugodi and terminates at the Bannerghatta National Park
Bannerghatta Road is witnessing rise in residential and commercial real estate. Many real estate developers invested their money in the locality. There was a rise in the sale of property in the locality which has led to a rise in average capital values along the stretch.
