Q: Hi,

I need a favor from the existing buyers of Prestige SummerFields
a. Is there any concern about ground water level there? Should I be worried about it?
b. Is the construction progress going as per schedule? Do you have any concern about this?
c. If it is ok, could you please let me know your contact number? I would like to discuss some aspects of this project

Amenities provided in this project are gymnasium, health club (for men and women) squash court, badminton court, billiards/pool table, party hall, space provision for a convenience store, indoor games, reading room, swimming pool and children's play area.

Cauvery Water is not there but water will be obtained through the available ground water and BWSSB supply.

The project is on schedule and the expected possession date of the project is by 2016. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 9800. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and banks like HDFC, Axis, SBI, IDBI, ICICI, LIC Housing Finance and Punjab National Bank. I am also planning to book an apartment in this project but looking for some comments from the people who have already booked an apartment.
