I visited the locality 2 years back and whatever i saw in the locality, wanna share with you. Dombivali is located in Thane district and comes under Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC). This locality is divided into two major parts i.e. Dombivali East and Dombivali west, the place is located at a distance of 50 kms from Mumbai, around 20 kms from Thane and about 30 kms from Navi Mumbai (Vashi). It is in close proximity to major IT parks such as Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Millennium Business Park and Airoli IT Park.

I heard that they have now launched phase-2 with 4300/ sq-ft base price. This phase is in larger area, may be more than 100 acres...going to be livable after 5 years. If you have any updates plz. share with us.

Me too heard that effect of rise in service tax to 14% in real estate, it has been increased to 3.5% from previous value of 3.09%. Runwal would send demand letters based on the new rates, for anything due on or post 1 june 2015.

Upcoming international airport in Panvel can be accessed just in 30 mins via car.

They are charging Rs.54000 as a booking amount.

Some of the major USP of this project are just 2.5-3 Km from Dombivali station, On main Dombivali-Kalyan shil road(120 feet road), Clear Land Title, Approvals are already under progress, Very good connectivity to Dombivali station, Schools, Market, Hospitals, Bus top etc., Competitive and less prising for PRELAUNCH as compared to other comparable projects in the surrounding etc.

It is said that the date of possession will be December'2018.

And the current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 4900-7300/sq-ft.

Hi, i was advised a basic price of around Rs 4000 for this project. They have quite a few sizes and options in 1 BHK, 1BHK+Study, 2 BHK, 2 BHK+study, 3 BHK and from sizes varying from 645sqft to 1105sqft.

Yeah, the builder is ok and have done a couple of projects before this namely Runwal Euphoria and Runwal Pearl.... this project is in Dombivali close to Bharat Infra Eco Vistas ans Lodha Casa Rio..
so this will be a residential area andquite good as well...

hmm.. i was told that its about 15 mins drive from Dombivali station and 30 min from Thane... Its more close to Shilphata junction and the kopar station...
