I am interested in sai purvi constructed project in gunjur. how is the builder and how do they execute their plan?

Q: I have seen some complaints from the owners. I want to know whether the floor plan is as per the brochure picture and with the same measurement as promised. Thank you for your replies if I get any......

Hi I too have visited the site a couple of times but astonished that there is no physical advertisement. Moreover last week they said they are yet to get approval from all the above banks and financial institution mentioned by them in the brochure. But investment wise and cost wise the project is very lucrative but 1 thing is they say they'll complete the project in 3 years which is a bit strange as all builders take 2-2.5 years for similar projects.

No it doesn't include the grace period. The project is in 4.5 acres but the builder has only 6-7 towers in it rest belong to the land owner.

@mousumi, there are no such documents through which you can make sure that your investment will not fail but before investing you can check all the legal document with the help of a legal expert, look for a good locality which will give you good returns and good builders as well.

@Mousumi, Every builders have pros and cons so do they. If you are thinking of buying an apartment in this project then I would advice you to check all the necessary documents and if possible try to visit some of their completed project to check the construction quality.
