Hi the updated price of Neptune Triveni Sangam Ph-IV by Neptune Group is Rs. 4500/sq-ft. And the revised price of a 1BHK flat will be Rs. 26.14 lacs to Rs. 28.75 lacs. and for 2BHK, it will be around Rs. 36 lacs to Rs. 41.22 lacs.

This project is under construction and expected to be completed by July'2017.

How is the location of this project?? is it easy to commute from here??

the project is in Kalyan west at a place called Ambivali... the area is good residential area and has mostly mid segment buyers... the place has easy access to Kalyan, thane and Navi mumbai.. its is quite well connected to the industrial and commercial hubs..

Yeah, this is a river front development project and an integrated township project with 130 acres of development and 18 storey towers.... its quite close to the Ambivali railway station and has easy access to retail and market space

well, the construction is ongoing and the possession is expected to happen in 2017..end of the year.

Hi, i believe you can get a 1 bhk in the price range of Rs 27-29 lakh and Rs 37+ for a 2 bhk in this project
