As per my knowledge, down payment plan of this project is like:- At the time of booking- 10% of BSP, Within 30 days - 85% of BSP+PLC, At the time of possession Or One month before possession- 5% of BSP+I.F.M.S.
Thanks Amitabh for sharing the information. Is the project approved by Noida Authority? How is the connectivity from the project to metro station, hospitals and other places?
Hi Prasad, As far as I know the plot has been allotted by Noida Authority. It is around 5-7 Minutes Drive from Metro Station, 3 KM from Fortis Hospital, 15 Minutes drive from DND Flyover and 10 Minutes Drive from Sector-18.
I would not suggest you to go for this builder, although the location is very good. However my experience in dealing with builder is not good. Few points to consider 1. They have less parkings then the number of flats they have, since the FAR was changed in between and builder added more flats. I have read in indian real estate forum and even enquired builder. They informed that they are doing modifications in open space to accomodate it, Also the quality of material used is not as good as other comparable builders. I myself own a flat in here but not much exited about staying myself in this property. Also my experience of dealing with builder is not good, be very careful before signing the agreement and forms. I had to shell out almost 2-3 lacs extra as they played in the agreement document.
