Hi,
This is one of the projects developed by Buddha Enterprises and Co-operative Society.Ozone has 4 wings offering 1 BHK apartments having all basic amenities. It is coming with 14 floors, expected completion is around Dec 2016.Currently the price is around 6400/sq-ft .

It has basic amienities .
The rise of Mumbai'sreal estate prices has been instrumental in the development of Mira-Bhayandar region.Power from the Bombay Suburban Electric Supply (BSES) & Reliance Energy, MTNL telecom services and BEST bus services which are normally provided to the city, are provided to this region too which has been instrumental in the increase in its population. Thats' why this location is magnet for investors to do investment.

Well Govinda, this project is located on Mira road and i have seen the floor plan which looks good and the pricing is quite ok for the apartment size here..

well, Mira road is one of the good residential localities in mumbai.. all basic facilities are there in the neighborhood and so are good schools like Queen Marys high school, Don Bosco school and holy cross convent.. there are also some hospitals nearby... mira road station is about 2 kms from this project.

well, there are 1BHKS and 2 bhks here and the price is Rs28 lakh +other charges... this is the 4th phase of the project and is a 9 floors apartment complex. The basic sale price is around Rs6400 if im not wrong...
