Buying Rental Property in Vadavalli

Q: I read an article recently that said that Vadavalli is a promising locality to invest in real estate. Can anyone tell me if Vadavalli will give me good investment returns based on what the locality has to offer?

Yeah that's actually a very good idea! You get both residental and commercial spaces in Vadavalli. Residential properties include multistorey apartments, residential buildings, independent houses and villas. They range between 350 sq feet to 35600 square feet and the price ranges between 40 lacs to 1.5 crores. There are all kinds of ammenities provided here like basement parking, awimming pool and gym Commercial spaces are usually in the form of industrial land, godown space, lands for super malls, etc. with a price of approximately 70 Lacs to 20 Crore. the square feet range depends on the commercial significance. :)

The property buyers in Vadavalli can use the real estate growth to generate business and not only for accomodation. Reason is because vadavalli is also a tourist hub. It is close to Mount Maruthamallai where Lord Muruga temple is, and even Anavavi temple is only 15 km away. That is why, if you're interested in buying property you can also think of getting commercial spaces and join the trade, because it will do really well here. That's why so many fancy hotels and restaurants are all opening in this area.

I would say it is the best place in Coimbatore. real estate properties in this area are built in such a way that it is close to airports and railway station. The airport is 19 km away, railway station is 9 km and Gandhipuram bus stand is about 14 km from Vadavalli. Vadavalli had 24 hour water supply from the Siruvani river so it doesn't even face water shortage unlike the rest of Coimbatore. Very nice schools and hospitals are over here. I think this is a good choice for you to buy rental property!

Vaduvalli is the suburban region of Coimbatore and that itself means that it is good locality. This place have above average literacy rates. Men are 78% literate, and women are 74% literate. That automatically means that the number of persons in this locality employed, is greater than any other place in Coimbatore. because of this this locality has a number of offices and residential apartments. Many investors are also investing in infrastructural projects here and there is lot of scope for devlopment. It is a promising locality to invest here.
