Powai is located in the Central Mumbai suburbs. It is a developed locality and enjoys proximity to Ghatkopar, Mulund, Chembur, Kurla via the LBS Marg and Eastern Express Highway. The locality is majority is developed by the Hiranandani Builders.
Some of the primarly developers of the locality are Hiranandani, Nahar, K Raheja, Ekta Developers
Whereas the capital values in Powai are in the range of Rs 15000-16000/sq ft.

As far as locality is concerned, Powai is an eastern suburb of Mumbai and is a spacious locality situated on the banks of Powai lake. It has Sanjay Gandhi National Park to the north, L.B.S Marg to the north-east, hills of Vikhroli Park site to the South-East and Chandivali to the South-West. Powai is a cultured and westernized culture owing to the mixture of various communities living in this area.

Hi Ghatkopar west is a good area that lies on the central line of the Mumbai suburban railway... the area is 9-10 km from the International airport, about 6-7 kms from the Bandra-kurla complex. The area also has proximity to the metro and is just 2.5 km to the Ghatkopar metro station..

There area has school, colleges , hospitals eateries and commercial centers in the close proximity and the main developers present here area Wadhwa group, Runwal and Kalpatru Group.

Hi Varun, the wadhwa group is a very reputed name in the real estate sector and it is always good i fyou invest with known names.. there is more value to the project and the facilities and quality of construction too is better comparatively... The Price in this project is around Rs 1.7- Rs 2 Cr for a 2 BHK of around 653 sqft size.

Sure, as far as i know... the amenities include swimming pool, club and fully equipped gymnasium, play area and maintenance staff... There are also provision for modular kitchen, intercom, CCTV, Smoke and gas detectors, Crèche and multi purpose courts etc..

When is the completion of this project planned and has any banks approved this project and giving loans?? any problems with this project??

I heard that the company is looking for Dec 2016 completion and the builders are quite reputed so don't think that there will be any problems of bank approvals.. the area too is quite good in the heart of the city..

Hey, I was researching about this project and got to know that the project overlooks a cemetery and some concerns were also being raised about asbestos levels in the area but i don't think that these are huge deterring factors as i heard that the Kalpatru Aura which is a neighboring project is completed and has people residing there as well.
