Hi, I have bought a flat at Faith Ecospace

Q: I would like to know if other people are also facing the same issue with Faith Ecospace, delay in construction, they keep changing the possession date every quarter. Delay of 2 years already and no proper completion date given yet. Kindly reply.

Hello Vaibhav/Divya,

The builder and landowners have stopped the construction to ask more money from their investor.
Its their common practice they have launced another project in 2011 and did the same, the same property in in legal hold.
I was about to invest in this Faith Ecospace but I changed my plan at the last moment.
Please do not invest and ask for cancellation if invested.

I am also facing similar issue, although as per agreement they have agreed to pay 2 rs/sqft but thats too low.

Hi Divya ,

As per Faith Eco space project is concerned it is good project and Builder already said that possession will be end of this year but i have visited construction site and from my observation it will take 6 more month to completed. I talk to builder he said construction is one way and working going on.. due to some local labor issues it will delay else every think is ok..
