Can anybody tell me what is the current residential property rate is going on in the locality? What is the % of buyers and investors in this locality?

Property values range from Rs 3500 to 5500/sq-ft and apartments of 1 to 3 BHK configurations are available in this locality. This buyers market constitutes 30% investors and 70% end-users i.e. 3:7 ratio.

I never understood this..
Always below expectations feedback for HBC however media articles says good things about HBC.. not sure what reality is as it is contradicting...Now they have launched Teerth Aarohi Laun Phase II on the Popular Sus-Pashan Road.

Even i have booked a 2BHK flats, considering the floor plans, progress of the construction, building sanctions & approvals, and, of course, property prices, a 2/3 BHK Flat in Aarohi at Sus is a good buy.

in which block or building, u booked ur flat?? and is conflict between society and builder is resolved?
i heared that society has file a consumer case against builder and verdict is yet to come..
do you stil feel that it is safe to buy flat in this society??

Hi Sudhir,
For me, Aarohi at Sus looked urban, civilized and family location. There was a flyover from Pashankar at the junction of Pashan Sus Road and Mumbai Bangalore Bypass to cross the highway, which was not at Bavdhan Budruk. Essential shopping, public transport, food joints, hospitals, educational institutions and residential buildings on both sides of the road from Sus village to Vidya Valley School telling the story of the locality is the expanding city of Pune.
