Anyone visited Dhanashree Aangan project by Atria Construction near Handewadi Chowk?

Q: Anyone visited Dhanashree Aangan project by Atria Construction near Handewadi Chowk (opposite to Tata Inora project)? Need valuable suggestions regarding this project/builder and also about the future development of this area.
As this is my 1st major investment, need valuable guidance.

Hello Sir,
I would like to highlight few more useful information of this project that it has 2 seperate buildings A & B. In B, there will be 3 seperate buildings interconnected to each other (but specious) with reserve parking.
Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this proejct and date of possession will be September'2014.

As far as my knowledge is concerned Undri is fastest developing locality of South Pune. It is sophisticated and elegant area has good connectivity to all major places of the City. There are 5 schools in the radius of 5 km Delhi Public School, Bishop School, Hill Green, EURO school & Vybgyor. Corinthian Club is easily accessible from Undri. Magarpatta City can be reached by 25 minutes from Undri via Mohamadwadi Road. The expressway is easily accessible & has good connectivity to all major important places of the City
