Hi everybody,
I am planning to book a 2BHK flat in 985 sq-ft of this project. Can you tell me what is the booking amount they are charging? How much they are charging as maintenance, electricity, infrastructural charges etc?

Hello Maam,
They are charging 10% of the agreement as a booking and rest of the amount in 9 easy installment.
Other charges like Electricity Deposit: Rs.50000, Club House: Rs.300000, Maintenance Charges: Rs.2.5/sq-ft for 2 yrs., Infrastructure Charges: Rs.200000 and Corpus Fund: Rs.50000.

It is expected that the date of possession date will be June'2016 as all the approvals from the PMC is in place and no issue till now so we can expect the possession on time.
