As am planning to purchase 2 BHK property in VBHC, please guide me the Value of the Area in future.

Q: Is the value is expected to go higher? If Yes, then by when?
Is Metro is going to be there till Narayana Health?
Is Chandapura - Anekal Road is going to be broadened?
Are other builders are going to invest here?

You can expect good appreciation in Chandapura Anekal belt and after few months as Phase II of Bangalore Metro has already got Chandapura circle included in the rail network proposed and is expected that Anekal will be included in Phase III :) :)

Chandrapura Anekal belt is fast developing and is well planned, it is well connected to Silk Board and Koramangala. PES Engineering College and Oxford Institution is also less than 15 kms from CA Belt. So I feel the idea of investing in CA Belt is not a bad option.

The road from Anekal Circle to Chandapura Circle has already almost become wide. Meanwhile all the builders and developers there on that road, are planning to hike the prices of their properties because the road is now huge, broad and wide. VBHC has come up with their project in this area and there are as many projects which are under various stages of construction and planning by different builders.
