Q: Planning to invest here - VBHC Vaibhava - Wanted to know about any concerns related to this property - in terms of builder, possession, location. Is it a good investment bet?
First and most important thing this VBHC company and the owner "Rahul Sabharwal" doing fraud work. I have all the documents and I am a flat owner. I did all the payments as per their company policy. Specially I paid 194700 rupees for sale agreement and Stamp duty Registration I paid near around 52000 rupees and 4500 rupees for Government/Advocate papers work. If I did payment more than 194700 for sale agreement then they have to be created whole agreement in Government stamp papers. But they created whole agreement in normal yellow pages not in Government stamp papers, that mean they kept my agreement money in their pocket and did fraud work.
When I discuss the same matter with their customer care they are not giving proper response and cutting my phone calls. Guys I need your support in this matter. Because innocent people cannot stuck and face the problem.
I have taken the possession of the property, i am from mumbai just rented out. This was a investment for me, looking at exiting the project, if interested to buy call me
Hi Seshagiri, May be the comments posted can be a rumor also because this project has got 6 star ratings by CRISIL. Moreover they are giving guaranteed rent back offer.
Rent back offer means if you are an investor and want to rent out your apartment the builder will help you renting your flat and pay you the rent for your flat.
One of my relative was about to book a property in this project but after reading threads about the delay in possession and leakage from ceiling, they decided to go for some other project. Before booking check all the details and do some market research.
